Q. What is the usual Delivery Time?
A. We typically dispatch in 1-2 working days if the material is Ex-Stock. For fabrication items, the delivery time will be communicated to you seperately.

Q. What payment terms do you offer?
A. Our payment terms are PrePaid only or COD (cash on delivery) (specific to instock products and for orders less than AED 1000.

Q. What payment modes do you offer?
A. Payment mode is by Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery for orders less than AED1000 for instock products only.

Q. Do you export?
A. Yes we do. Currently we export to GCC but will soon be shipping world over.
